The Conference was hosted by CMAS Greater Bay Area Arbitration Center (South China Sub-Commission). Representatives from courts, arbitration and mediation dispute resolution institutions, educational institutions, businesses, and lawyers from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao converged in Guangzhou to engage in comprehensive and in-depth discussions on various hot topics related to multidimensional dispute resolution in the Greater Bay Area.
Mr Dennis Cai, Deputy Director of AALCO-HKRAC attended the Conference. He introduced the diversified new developments of arbitration institutions in Hong Kong and suggested leveraging Hong Kong’s advantages in legal technology and online arbitration to establish a multidimensional dispute resolution platform that combines online and offline elements in the Greater Bay Area. He also called for relevant institutions and departments within the Greater Bay Area to strengthen collaboration and actively promote the cultivation of dispute resolution talents, as well as the application and development of multidimensional dispute resolution.
