如何成為亞非法協香港區域仲裁中心調解員
在冊調解員資格申請人應通過亞非法協香港區域仲裁中心的網頁遞交網上表格。亞非法協香港區域仲裁中心在挑選調解員時,會考慮以下因素：
- 有豐富的商業調解經驗；
- 在亞非法協的任何成員國和其他司法管轄區完成足夠的調解員培訓;
- 具備網上爭議解決（ODR）或法律科技應用的實際經驗；
- 未曾被法院或紀律研訊機構判定有不當行為，且該行為可能使候選人作為調解員的能力被質疑；
- 與亞洲和/或非洲有緊密聯繫。
申請者可以隨同經處理的裁決書、書面推薦信以及其他支持材料一併提交申請，以驗證申請者與上述標準相關的技能和經驗。
