亚非法协香港区域仲裁中心埃及和非洲代表团 COP 29 前瞻研讨会 – 2024年 10月20日 开罗

亚非法协香港区域仲裁中心 (AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre) 今早于开罗成功举办了「COP 29前瞻研讨会」，吸引了埃及工商专业界、能源领域的持份者以及国际企业代表参加。研讨会聚焦于 ESG（环境、社会和管治）和可再生能源的法律框架、政策变化及未来发展，与香港特区及亚非法协的独特优势。陈晓峰主任也分享了香港在绿色金融、绿色债券发行和环保科技方面的经验，并强调香港作为国际金融中心的角色，希望能为中埃双方在可持续发展领域带来更多合作机遇。会议期间，与会者深入讨论了如何利用埃及丰富的太阳能和风能资源，更早实现2035年40%可再生能源发电比例的目标。
