Overseas delegates from AALCO member states visited the AALCO-HKRAC office and participated in a mediation and arbitration training session led by Prof. Ting-kwok IU, MH, who is the Founder/Director of Asia Conflict Resolution Institute Consultant Solicitor and Mr Dennis Cai, Deputy Director of the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre (AALCO-HKRAC).
Attendees seized the chance to engage in fruitful conversations, exchanging ideas and best practices with their counterparts from the AALCO-HKRAC. They gain valuable insights into the mechanism of Hong Kong mediation and arbitration, and the operation of AALCO-HKRAC. This gathering provided a great platform for knowledge exchange and also served as a means of promoting cultural exchange and collaboration.
