Teaching JD, LLM and LLB law students on developments in and use of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) at The City University of Hong Kong
Mr. Nick CHAN, MH, JP, the Director, and Mr. Dennis CAI, the Deputy Director of AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre, led a 4-hours engaging interactive lecture with a group of JD, LLM and LLB law students at the City University of Hong Kong. Students received insights to the unique advantages of Hong Kong for resolving disputes, special features of AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre, and the best practices for and developments of Online Dispute Resolution in Hong Kong and in other parts of the world.
