On 30 July 2024, Tu Zhaofeng, Secretary General of Guangzhou Asset Management Association, and 14 Guangdong Desai Law Firm lawyers visited the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre (“AALCO-HKRAC”).
On behalf of AALCO-HKRAC, Mr Cai Weiping, Deputy Director of AALCO-HKRAC warmly received the delegation. He introduced in detail the new features and advantages of Hong Kong arbitration after the inception and fast development of the AALCO-HKRAC. He also conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with the delegation members on the role of arbitration in resolving asset disputes.
