Welcome Message
Of the 193 countries in the world, and of close to 700 cities in People’s Republic of China, AALCO chose to set up the latest regional arbitration centre in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the heart of the Greater Bay Area development and an important gateway of the Belt and Road Initiative.
The establishment of the new regional arbitration centre in Hong Kong, China, is AALCO members’ strong vote of confidence. It is the support of the Central People’s Government for Hong Kong, a peer recognition of the strong Rule of Law here, and valuing the people talent and many unique advantages of this beautiful city, international financial centre and legal services and disputes resolution centre here under “One Country, Two Systems”. It is also opportunities to tap into and grow with the world’s second largest economy with a market of 1.4 billion+ people, 400 million+ middle income population, 11 million+ additional new workforce each year, and many major developments under China’s National 14th Five Year Plan.

We warmly welcome and offer you world-class Alternative Disputes Resolution services and support for institutional and ad hoc arbitration, facilitating cost-effective and time-efficient disputes resolution, be it physical, online and hybrid mode, making available our state-of-the-art Online Disputes Resolution platform that is expected to meet the APEC ODR Framework.
