Registration Fee
The Registration Fee payable by the party(ies) when a request is submitted pursuant to Article 3.4 of the 2024 Mediation Rules of the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre shall be HKD2,000.
If the party(ies) fail(s) to pay the Registration Fee, AALCO-HKRAC does not have to proceed with the mediation. The Registration Fee is non-refundable save in exceptional circumstances to be determined by the AALCO-HKRAC in its sole discretion.
Administrative Fee
AALCO-HKRAC’s Administrative Fee shall be determined according to the following table:

Where, in the opinion of AALCO-HKRAC, there are exceptional circumstances, AALCO-HKRAC may depart from the amount of charges stated above. If the amounts in dispute are not yet quantified, AALCO-HKRAC shall fix the Administrative Fees after taking into account the circumstances of the matter.

The fees of the mediator shall be fixed in accordance with the table below:
