He also highlighted Hong Kong’s unique position as a gateway for cross-border dispute resolution between Asia and Africa, and beyond.
In turn, senior representatives from NCIA shared Kenya’s growing prominence in African dispute resolution, detailing their experience in fostering arbitration tailored to regional needs.
As sister centres under the AALCO network, both centres reaffirmed the commitment to deepening collaboration. Discussions centred on potential joint initiatives, such as capacity-building workshops, and promoting the use of arbitration across emerging markets.
