\u4e9e\u975e\u6cd5\u5354\u9999\u6e2f\u5340\u57df\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08AALCO-HKRAC\uff09\u8fd1\u65e5\u69ae\u5e78\u53c3\u8207\u65bc\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9e\u62c9\u5404\u65af\u8209\u884c\u7684 2025 \u570b\u969b\u4ef2\u88c1\u8207\u66ff\u4ee3\u722d\u8b70\u89e3\u6c7a\u6a5f\u5236\u6703\u8b70\uff08International Arbitration and ADR Conference\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u6703\u8b70\u7531 \u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9e\u7279\u8a31\u4ef2\u88c1\u54e1\u5354\u6703\uff08NICArb\uff09\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u4e3b\u984c\u70ba\uff1a \u00a0<\/p>

\u300c\u5f37\u5316\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u4ef2\u88c1\u8207\u66ff\u4ee3\u722d\u8b70\u89e3\u6c7a\u6a5f\u5236\uff1a\u958b\u5275\u65b0\u8def\u5f91\u300d<\/p>

\u8a72\u6703\u8b70\u96f2\u96c6\u4f86\u81ea\u975e\u6d32\u3001\u4e9e\u6d32\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5730\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u754c\u9818\u8896\u8207\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u570d\u7e5e\u5236\u5ea6\u6027\u4ef2\u88c1\u8207\u8abf\u89e3\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u8da8\u52e2\u3001\u8de8\u5883\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u65b0\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\u5c55\u958b\u6df1\u5165\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/p>

AALCO-HKRAC \u7531\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u8521\u5049\u5e73\u4ee3\u8868\u51fa\u5e2d\u4e26\u767c\u8868\u7dda\u4e0a\u6f14\u8b1b\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5728\u4e9e\u592a\u5340\u63a8\u52d5\u5236\u5ea6\u6027\u66ff\u4ee3\u722d\u8b70\u89e3\u6c7a\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u8207\u5c55\u671b\u3002\u4ed6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u7576\u524d\u5168\u7403\u5c0d\u5177\u516c\u4fe1\u529b\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u5316\u3001\u5236\u5ea6\u5316\u7684\u722d\u8b70\u89e3\u6c7a\u5e73\u53f0\u9700\u6c42\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e9e\u6d32\u8207\u975e\u6d32\u5728\u6b64\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5354\u4f5c\u6f5b\u529b\u5de8\u5927\uff0c\u61c9\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u516c\u6b63\u8207\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>

\u8521\u5049\u5e73\u4ecb\u7d39\u4e86 AALCO-HKRAC \u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8077\u80fd\u8207\u8fd1\u671f\u91cd\u9ede\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5373\u5c07\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u9996\u500b\u5c08\u70ba\u9ad4\u80b2\u722d\u8b70\u800c\u8a2d\u7684\u8abf\u89e3\u8207\u4ef2\u88c1\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u6b64\u6a5f\u5236\u65e8\u5728\u70ba\u9ad4\u80b2\u754c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u4e2d\u7acb\u3001\u5c08\u696d\u4e14\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u722d\u7aef\u89e3\u6c7a\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u88dc\u8db3\u5340\u5167\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u7a7a\u767d\u3002<\/p>

\u4ed6\u540c\u6642\u5f37\u8abf \u6cd5\u5f8b\u79d1\u6280\uff08LawTech\uff09\u8207\u7dda\u4e0a\u722d\u8b70\u89e3\u6c7a\u6a5f\u5236\uff08ODR\uff09\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u5275\u65b0\u5de5\u5177\u5c07\u5168\u9762\u63d0\u5347\u53f8\u6cd5\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5c0d\u8de8\u5883\u5546\u696d\u3001\u521d\u5275\u4f01\u696d\u53ca\u500b\u9ad4\u7528\u6236\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u66f4\u5177\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u8207\u64cd\u4f5c\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cAALCO-HKRAC \u4ea6\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u4ef2\u88c1\u54e1\u8207\u8abf\u89e3\u54e1\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u80fd\u529b\u5efa\u8a2d\u8207\u6301\u7e8c\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6a5f\u5236\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u8cea\u7d20\u8207\u516c\u4fe1\u529b\u3002<\/p>

\u672c\u6b21\u6703\u8b70\u5728\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9e\u7e3d\u7d71 President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR \u53ca\u62c9\u5404\u65af\u5dde\u5dde\u9577 Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu\u7684\u5c0a\u8cb4\u8d0a\u52a9\u4e0b\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u5f70\u986f\u8a72\u570b\u5c0d\u4ef2\u88c1\u8207 ADR \u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cd\u8996\u3002\u6703\u8b70\u5609\u8cd3\u9663\u5bb9\u5805\u5f37\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>
