\u4fee\u8a02\u7248\u7684\u300a\u4e2d\u83ef\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u570b\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u300b\u5c07\u65bc 2026 \u5e74 3 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u5be6\u65bd\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u55ae\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u95dc\u65bc\u4ef2\u88c1\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u65b0\u958b\u59cb\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u4f60\u662f\u4ef2\u88c1\u6a5f\u69cb\u3001\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u5efa\u7bc9\u3001\u822a\u904b\u3001\u4fdd\u96aa\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u7b49\u884c\u696d\u7684\u5f9e\u696d\u8005\uff0c\u9019\u6b21\u6539\u9769\u90fd\u503c\u5f97\u5927\u5bb6\u95dc\u6ce8\u3002<\/p>

\u4fee\u8a02\u7248\u660e\u78ba\u652f\u6301\u4ef2\u88c1\u6a5f\u69cb\u300c\u8d70\u51fa\u53bb\u300d\u8207\u300c\u5f15\u9032\u4f86\u300d\u3002\u5c46\u6642\uff0c\u5916\u570b \u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u4ef2\u88c1\u6a5f\u69cb\u53ef\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5728\u5167\u5730\u81ea\u8cbf\u5340\u8a2d\u7acb\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u524d\u6d77\u3001\u5357\u6c99\u7b49\u5730\uff0c\u70ba\u7576\u5730\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696d\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u5167\u5730\u5e02\u5834\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u7dca\u5bc6\u806f\u7cfb\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u9999\u6e2f\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5929\u7136\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u672c\u8eab\u5177\u5099\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u57fa\u790e\u3001\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u624d\u5eab\u3001\u96d9\u8a9e\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u8207\u5167\u5730\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e92\u806f\u4e92\u901a\uff0c\u6b63\u597d\u5728\u9019\u500b\u65b0\u683c\u5c40\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u300c\u6a4b\u6a11\u300d\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>

\u4e9e\u975e\u6cd5\u5354\u9999\u6e2f\u5340\u57df\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3 AALCO-HKRAC\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u8a2d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u570b\u969b\u4ef2\u88c1\u8207\u8abf\u89e3\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u6191\u85c9\u5176\u591a\u908a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u80cc\u666f\u53ca\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u9023\u63a5\u4e9e\u6d32\u3001\u975e\u6d32\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u8207\u300c\u4e00\u5e36\u4e00\u8def\u300d\u5021\u8b70\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5951\u5408\u3002\u672a\u4f86\u5728\u8655\u7406\u6d89\u5916\u722d\u8b70\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e2d\u7acb\u4ef2\u88c1\u5730\u9ede\u65b9\u9762\uff0cAALCO-HKRAC \u5c07\u64c1\u6709\u66f4\u5927\u767c\u5c55\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/p>

\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u4eae\u9ede\uff0c\u662f\u4fee\u8a02\u7248\u5c07\u9996\u5ea6\u660e\u78ba\u627f\u8a8d\u300c\u81e8\u6642\u4ef2\u88c1\u300d\uff08ad hoc arbitration\uff09\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\u3002\u9019\u9805\u6539\u9769\u5c07\u70ba\u7279\u5b9a\u6d89\u5916\u722d\u8b70\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u5927\u5f48\u6027\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6d77\u4e8b\u3001\u5efa\u7bc9\u7b49\u884c\u696d\uff0c\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u53ef\u5171\u540c\u6309\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u4ea4\u6258\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u81ea\u7531\u9078\u64c7\u4ef2\u88c1\u54e1\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u5730\u53ca\u7a0b\u5e8f\u898f\u5247\u3002<\/p>

\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u63d0\u5347\u5236\u5ea6\u9748\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u4ef2\u88c1\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u624d\u5275\u9020\u65b0\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u50cf AALCO-HKRAC \u5c31\u4e00\u76f4\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u4ef2\u88c1\u6559\u80b2\u8207\u9752\u5e74\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u8209\u8fa6\u5be6\u6230\u6a21\u64ec\u3001\u8ad6\u58c7\u548c\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u5e74\u8f15\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u53ca\u884c\u696d\u5c08\u5bb6\u9032\u5165\u4ef2\u88c1\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u4e00\u540c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u751f\u614b\u5708\u3002<\/p>

\u4fee\u8a02\u7248\u4ea6\u5c07\u64f4\u5927\u4ef2\u88c1\u54e1\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u660e\u78ba\u6b61\u8fce\u822a\u904b\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u3001\u5de5\u7a0b\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u53c3\u8207\u4ef2\u88c1\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u8655\u7406\u6280\u8853\u6027\u5f37\u7684\u722d\u8b70\uff0c\u7121\u7591\u5c07\u66f4\u5177\u6548\u7387\u8207\u5be6\u7528\u50f9\u503c\u3002 AALCO-HKRAC \u5df2\u5efa\u7acb\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u54e1\u540d\u518a\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u5de5\u7a0b\u3001\u9ad4\u80b2\u3001\u8cc7\u8a0a\u79d1\u6280\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u7b49\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u5c07\u662f\u8de8\u754c\u8207\u5c08\u696d\u4e26\u91cd\u7684\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>

\u9019\u5834\u5373\u5c07\u555f\u52d5\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u5236\u5ea6\u8b8a\u9769\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u9762\u5411\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u4ef2\u88c1\u754c\u767c\u51fa\u7684\u8aa0\u610f\u9080\u8acb\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u4f5c\u70ba\u570b\u969b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u914d\u5408 AALCO-HKRAC \u9019\u985e\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u5be6\u529b\uff0c\u6709\u6f5b\u529b\u5728\u65b0\u6642\u4ee3\u4ef2\u88c1\u683c\u5c40\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u66f4\u5927\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>
