申请人在提交仲裁通知时，根据第3.6条应缴付的受理费为港币 5,000 元。如果多于一名申请人，除非各方另有约定，该金额应由申请人平均分摊。如果申请人未能缴付受理费，亚非法协香港区域仲裁中心将不会继续仲裁程序。受理费不予退还，除非亚非法协香港区域仲裁中心在特殊情况下全权酌情另作决定。
管理费
亚非法协香港区域仲裁中心的管理费按下表厘定：

申请仲裁员回避的费用
根据本《规则》第 13.1 条提交回避通知的一方当事人应缴付港币25,000元，费用不予退还。如果回避通知由多于一方当事人提交，除非各方当事人另有约定，该费用应由提交回避通知的所有当事人平均分摊。

当事人根据亚非法协香港区域仲裁中心调解规则第3.4条提交调解请求的，应缴付受理费2,000元。
